replacing floor

i have tore up my old floor on my 1976 banshee and have noticed that two of the three stringers are rotten !!(damn)now can i just replace some of the stringer that has rot or do i replace all of it?(middle stringer has rot about half way)also i cant find marine grade plywwod here so can i use pressure treated wood.this is turning out to be maybe more than i expected!
