replacing floor?

I recently bought a 76 skeeter bass boat.. i pulled the carpet up tonight and i found a spot that is a little soft on the front deck right around where the hole is for the front fishing seat.. i don't want to just put carpet back down i would like to replace the floors.. but it looks like everything is all one piece..i have no idea how to do it... is it even something i could do if i had the materials and if not how much would i be looking at to have the floors replaced?.. thanks for you help

Hey bud, do a search for rotted floor, rotted deck, replace deck/floor. You'll be reading for days plenty of good info there!
