Replacing gimbal bearing & u-joint bellows

Hi guys,

I have a Glastron SX175, Volvo Penta 2000 GSM-A 3.0L Motor & SX-M outdrive. I currently have the outdrive off and the motor out so I am taking this opportunity to replace the gimbal bearing and bellows (definite signs of water in there, rust stains, etc.). Is there instructions around for doing this? Thanks for any help!
