Replacing Lower Unit Seals

I ordered a new Quicksilver seal kit (26-816575A 3) for my 1995 Alpha One Gen II Outdrive. I was leaking gear oil out of the intake when it was installed on the boat. Took it off, separated upper and lower and pressure checked it. Leaking like a civ out of the oil carrier. I removed that and ordered a new one (821759A 2).

My question is, am I forgetting any seals? The pictures attached show what I have when going off of Service Manual #14. I also read that when using this kit, that the "extra" gaskets are for outboards. I'm a DIY'er w/ no special tools.

Additionally, when reading the instructions on installing the oil carrier, can anyone "simplify" the installation of the oil seals or point me to a video? Maybe I"m just over thinking this, but the last thing I want is to mess up my outdrive! It starts on page 275 of the manual, I want to make sure the orientation of the oil seals are correct as well.

Thank You!
-Tim

(821759A 2). #11 seal carrier comes with new seal installed.
prop shaft seals require the removal of the bearing carrier and some special pullers and install tool.

Thanks Bt Doctur! I attached a pic of the oil carrier I removed and my new one. So I won't be installing any new oil seals into my new carrier afterall. Regarding the prop shaft seals and the removal of teh bearing carrier, would it be safe to leave them "as is" as long as I pass pressure check?

Thanks again!Oil Carrier.jpg
