I want to replace all the oil lines on my 1985 70ETLK Yamaha. I am planning to use Tygon as recommended on an earlier post. Does anyone know the correct diameter or do I just mike ID and OD of my old hose and hope I'm not measuring a stretched out hose, or just try for a snug fit on the nipple and spring clamp?
Don't have any leaks now, just old. It would be a disaster to replace it and have one slip off! I'm too cheap to buy the Yamaha hose, piece by piece unless I have to!
