I am replacing the pistons in my mercruiser 3.0 140hp motor. What are the torque specs , or are there any, for connecting the connecting rod to the crank shaft? And while im on this subject, what are the torque specs for the head bolts?

If it's the '84 VIP in your previous posts, torque specs for 1978-1984 GM 4 cylinder are below:

Thank you very much. This is perfect. I appreciate the help! One other question. When this piston and head gasket went down on me I noticed there was a lot of water after pulling the drain plug. There were no cracks in the block or any where. Water pump looked good. Where or what could have caused all of the water?
