Replacing seal in lower unit Fleetwin/fisherman

I have my 7.5 fleetwin apart at the moment - replacing the impeller and need a new spring and seal for the top section where the drive shaft goes into the power head.
I notice the lower seal seems loose - the drive shaft is not snug in there - I think as I have it apart I should change the seal in there - is this a difficult job? How do i go about replacing this?
I also notice that in the lower part of the drive shaft where the impeller sits there is just a pin as comparted to a T type pin on the fisherman - is this correct? Any reason to change it?

Thank you,

PS - I note the impeller looks exactly like the one in the fisherman - am I correct in thinking it is the same? The housing etc looks exactly the same so thinking the one I got for the fisherman will fit the fleetwin.

Thank you - a Sierra seal kit is mentioned - where can i obtain this? Also is the seal the same for the fleetwin as for the fisherman?

Thank you,
