Replacing shift cables and bellows?

Is this hard????? Oh yea, engine is out and outdrive is off so nothing else is in the way. . . Any help appriciated

Replacing shift cables and bellows will be an easy task in comparison to installing motor and getting her aligned

what type of a n outdrive is it The mercruiser is easy with the motor out. Make sure your shutters are in good shape

The drive is a 1990 alpha 1 and the engine is a 4.3L Merc. I have found transon kits with new gimbal bearing on the net for 130$. Anybody know the model number for the kit that I would need and are there any special tools that you need to do this? Thanks guys
