Replacing Tee-Top Canvas

I'm replacing my Tee-Top Canvas from the original "Button-On" style to the rope attachment style, most of the snaps that are mounted to the Tee-Top have already been broken off.
I'll be removing the rest of the snaps soon, question is what/how to fill the old rivet holes left behind? There's probably 75 to 80 small holes. When I asked the weld shop they wanted $400 to weld them close.
Any other option I could do myself?

No reason you couldn’t fill them in with an epoxy of some sort.

Used jb weld to fill a couple of holes in my hardtop structure

I'll get it cleaned up and find some epoxy, make sense..

Put new rivets back in to plug the holes.
