I have an 06 5 starr pontoon boat Bunk trailer. How often should I replace the 2x4's on the trailer. I don't use it in Salt water. It's a 24 ft trailer.

About as often as needed. That is a very subjective answer, because only you will know when they need to be replaced.
Being that the trailer is just 5yrs old, the bunks should have several more years left before they need to be replaced.

Usually, rot will start at the attachment points (screw or bolt holes). If the bunk wobbles at those points, it's probably getting to be time to replace them.
