Resufacing the bottom

Hello,
Does anyone know where I can the the bottom of my fiberglass boat resurfaced? There are small scratches, some of the gel-coat has been worn away, and the previous owner hit a rock or stump because there is a small gouge there. I'm looking for a quality work, without breaking the bank. The boat is over 20 years old, but she isn't done yet. I live in southern PA and hope to find someone local if possible.
