Rev limiter value

I'm trying to re-prop the boat and making runs with different props to check performance, verify WOT, etc. I have the diacom cable and software hooked up so I can monitor the engine (5.0 GXi-E)....specifically the engine speed. I went down in prop size and the motor didn't rev any faster so i assume I am on the rev limiter. I see fields like Governed RPM control, Governor controls MPH, and a few others in the software that seem related to a rev limiter, but none of them ever change from idle to when I hit max RPM. Is there a parameter that gets set or turns on when the rev limiter engages/activates? It would be nice to verify the rev limiter is kicked in rather than I'm just out of power with this combo. The max RPM logged is 5120, but I am only around 4850, so just want to be sure I am tuning everything for best performance and figured the best way was to run out of power right at or before the rev limiter kicks in.

pretty sure the rev limiter in the software is near 5100 RPM. IIRC its a soft limiter on the EFI motors that simply starts cutting spark and fuel by a few cylinders at a time.
