Our Rule #13 used to simply forbid buying and selling in the forum. It fell short of our intentions. The revised Rule #13 now reads as follows:
13 - Soliciting - The soliciting of members to buy, sell, donate or give away anything is not allowed in the forums. Private transactions arranged by Private Message (PM) or private Email are not affected by this rule.
