Hi all-
Here is my pontoon. 30' and with all that canvas, the wind blows me all over.
While I am on a calm lake, I want to anchor in tight coves and not worry about moving. I have a fluke anchor, but paying out the line doesn't work in tight coves.
I was thinking of 25lb richter anchors. One for the front, one for the rear. I just drop these over the side, right (no paying out line)? My lake is mud bottom.
I thought about a mushroom, but I don't think that would bite into the bottom like a Richter would.
Thanks for feedback.
