I noticed a page you had posted to this website for another guy..
http://www.old-omc.de/1971.php

Whats strange is that i have a 1971 evinrude 18 horse, but there is no mention of it here..And i am having trouble buying parts for it because i believe Napa's books reference this same documentation.. I plan on buying some steering controls here on iboats, but for fuel pumps, impellor's and such, it's easier to go to the local napa.. Could it be that parts for the 20 are the same thing?.. any thoughts on this?

Im a moron.. Didn't scroll down far enough.. Sorry!! Still though napa doesn't list parts for my particular beast.. Are parts for the 1971 20 horse pretty much the same?

Hey Woody,
From what I'm seeing, the waterpump kit is the same for 15-18-20-25Hp motors 1953-1978. OMC Part number 382468 for the whole kit. So the impeller would be the same for those model if bought separatly. Fuel pump 18-20-25HP 1960's THRU 80's
SMALL 2" SQUARE OMC# 388685 is also the same number as those other motors. Probably many of the parts will match up... Those are pretty standard pumps...

Napa impellor # is 18-3002
Complete kit # is 18-3377

Ask your NAPA dealer for a Marine Products Catalog...
