Rinker 242 holes under toilet

I’m gonna assume that these oval holes are for changing the toilet. Would they have been cut by the previous owner? Is there a filler for this? It’s a 2001 Rinker Fiesta Vee 242

you could get a piece of teak, diamond plate aluminum or anything else and make a kick panel to cover the holes.

If you want a Factory look, you can do an outside in Patch with Glass, Resin, and Gelcoat or Paint. Not that hard. One dayu job..Maybe not even a full day. This video is a pretty good guide on HOW TO!!!
