You all hear of the people that sit on the fence, I do not sit on the fence I am the FENCE!!!
Some family members like to slagg each other, which at times puts us in the middle of the debate/slagging IE, THE FENCE.
So instead of taking sides and putting us at odds with each side, I have come to the conclusion that thier "BS" stops with me and I tell them and the other side how it is, wheather they like it or not.

OH BOO WHOOO, Rob will not back up our BS story!!!

You can pick your friends, you can pick your nose, but you can not pick your family.

I was always under the impression that there were '3' sides to every story and or argument.
They are as fallows:
1. Her side
2. His side
3. THE ACTUAL FACTS

After all that's said and done, it is then and only then you will make your decision as to how to help sort things out properly!

Rob, do not engage. Do not engage.
Keep repeating that while staring at the TV screen while they are babbling at you. Drooling helps. Eventually they will leave you alone when you don't take up a part in their drama.

just talked to my bro and sil, holy cow am I glad I live 400 miles away!

The things a mom will dump on her own kid, the words I heard were unfathomable, glad my kids and I just have a blast and hangout!

Amen. They say that a Lie, if told often enough, can become the Truth for some people. Sometimes a Lie is simply withholding the truth. That's the kind of odd crap I'm dealing with as "The Fence" here.
