86 Bayliner Volvo 260A. New carb (Rebuilt from factory,Rochester quad) as of last week. Back butterfly of the carb will not open more than about a quarter inch. Timing is on. I am by myself so I cant see if the bottom of the carb is opening at all. <br /><br />Where do I start?
