Rocker arm conversion

Can anyone give me some insight BEFORE i take the valve cover off of my 3.7 mercruiser. I am going to be switching over from standard rocker arms to roller rocker arms. My question is this, if theres anyone out there that has done this already, can you please let me know what all i need to complete this swap. I know Ill probably need a valve cover spacer as the roller rockers are probably a bit taller than the stock ones, what kind of rockers will I need, pedestal mount..........

Almost nothing to gain horsepower wise in relation to the boat speed.I would be concerned getting the correct length push rods .
