Rotary steering with pics

This may work

the Pics show the steering assembly, concole, and bracket. I can orient it almost any way right now. My inclination is to orient the assembly at 120degrees with the cable coming out of the bottom of the assembly. But i would welcome any suggestions.

I guess it is going to depend on if yoiu have enough room for a comfortable bend, I think you do from looking at your pictures........I hope I am reading your question right? My only question is if the cable comes out the bottom won't that be in your way? most run the cable to the side and then back.......If I am misunderstanding your question I am sorry.
