Never redone a slightly rotted edges marinegrade flooring, so any pearls of wisdom greatly appreciated.

My plan is to sand/epoxy/install EVA foam. The integrity of it is still there, walked around on it and didnt have soft spots.

I did come across a corner where I had to chip away some of the top layer of the splintered wood and i'm curious as to what the next move is, will add a picture. But I was thinking add a thickened mixture of epoxy to the missing top layer and re-surface it? Cut it out completely and add in a new corner?

Minor imperfections can be addressed with polyester or epoxy putty.

You've already got it out - make a new one from a fresh sheet of ABX plywood. Round the edges and cover both sides and wrap the edges in CSM before reinstalling.
