Rotten Trim

I have a 1978 Marquies, wuth the old type tharotle, no tilt/trim controls on the handle, the contolls are a three botton located on the dash board.
My problem is that I need to remove the throttle handle so that remove a peice of trim that has rotten and needs to be replaced. Can any help?

There will be an allen set screw at the bottom of the handle.

Your "neutral only" button will need to be removed as well. It will either pop off or unscrew.
