I have a 200 hp Johnson Oceanrunner 1995. I have the Idle set high. It will be idleing at 1200 hundred rpms and drop to 800 then back up 1200, it does fluctuate alot. Runs like a champ at wot..Could it be going in and out of that cold start mode, whatever that is. Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks Todd Z.
