Rough lo speed

2000. Mercury 40 2 cycle runs rough lo speed. New carb, what's best way to adj lo speed jet?

Gerry sorry ta took to dealer new carb had a screw that shouldn't have been there. Top of carb said
It created a vacuum so needle wouldn't. Seat. Works fine just rough lo speed needs adj
