I have a 1983 or 1984 Merucry 150 HP BlackMax. I took the boat out today and it ran fine until i hit WOT, rpms hit 4000 and it goes down to about 3000, just kinda back and forth between 3000 and 4000 rpm. it does not die just kinda cuts out like its not getting gas for a second .
