95' evinrude 115/80hp jet, Was told today that motor should be W.O.T 5500-5600 r's for best performance. 4950 creeps to 5000, Now top end has been completly rebuilt (12-15hrs on ) will my rpms come up as time goes? If not how do i get r's up on a jet?
