Yesterday I replaced the serpentine belt on my 4.3gxi-b, in the process I kinda pulled a little on the pump and now there is water coming in once past 2000rpm.. Got a big trip tomorrow planned..

Two things spring to mind,
1 You have dislodged the pump on its bearing, which should be an interference fit, but frequently is quite slack.
2 You have whilst removing the hoses to fit the belt caused one or both of the plastic tubes that are fitted to the brass part of the pump to become slack and leak.

No.1 Can be solved by tapping the pump back onto its bearing in situ. But the seal might have been damaged and might still leak. If so then solution is an expensive new pump or rebuilding with a new bearing and seal (available from most auto shops) search the forum for sizes.

No.2 Can temporally be fixed by wrapping self vulcanising tape around the plastic to brass joint that is leaking.

Any serious work on the pump is best done on the bench, it is only held on with 3 x Allen headed bolts 5/16" or 8mm key.

Ok, it's the water pump itself that have to be replaced. Leaking out of the hole in the bottom. Is it a whole kit to buy or?

If you are referring to the impeller kit, it will not fix the leak. It is the seal that is leaking and needs replacing.
As the seal is leaking, then it follows that there is a very strong chance that the water has got into the bearing.
If you do a search you can find posts on here that list the sizes of the bearing and seal, available from auto stores.
