Rubber bumper, Connecting Components obsolete, what to do? 270 drive

So, I pulled my AQ131C and found two rubber parts between the bellhousing and the 270 stern drive.
T he big donut is still available from Volvo.
The "rubber bumper" is out of production.
Anyone have any ideas what to do?
I was thinking trying to make one out of silicone.

The part number is 804210.
