The vid may not work, but you looking at it would be better.

My thought is your running out of gas mainly because your filter was half full. So tis is a restriction, vacuum, etc as mentioned above

Do you have a video or something I can compare what a properly operating fuel delivery looks like compared to mine? what would cause my injectors to not spray in a sequential pattern?

Just from observation the firing rate from the the injectors appears to be the same when the boat is running great. i.e. first 40 mins of operation.
I will take some vid tomorrow and compare the two.

I have no vids, just the injectors should be putting the same amount of fuel down each side, otherwise one side runs different then the other

failing fuel pump can almost boil fuel or create air pockets

would I still have solid fuel pressure with a failing pump? I was thinking of temping in a piece of clear plastic hose in the fuel line to see if i am getting air pockets

Don't do that, at 40 psi there would be issues. I don't think you have a fuel pump issue, more like a bad connection or injector. You could have your injectors professionally cleaned and flow tested for about $40

I just dropped off the throttle body, there is a guy in town who is going to clean and test the injectors. Hopefully he will find something to correct.

Well I took the throttle body in and a few things came back. The injector filters had some super fine particles in them smaller than sand grains. And the IAC wasn't working right, the pintle seat was all pitted out.

So now the injectors are all cleaned an flow tested and I put a new IAC in.

The results..... exactly the same. Ran great for 40 mins then started to gag and when back to idle the engine kept on looping and hissing.

So got any ideas for next the next move?? Ignition module? Or back to vacuum leak? How bout a couple sensors to throw at it?

Still think you have a lack of fuel issue, check the filter again and see if its full
