The carb for that cylinder needs cleaned. Doing all the others will not hurt either. When you take the bowl off the carb, remove the big flat tip screw in the center of the carb body. GENTLY pry the tube out through the (front or rear) of the carb with a flat tip or small needle nose. Clean that tube with a small piece of wire or torch tip cleaner. There are 2 holes on the side of the tube and a restricter in one end of the tube, that is what usually clogs. Hope this helps.

Re: running rough won't idle

Dead-on advice. I have a 50 hp Honda. When I bought the motor, the dealer said the number one problem is clogged carburetors especially with today's fuel. The dealer said to always run the motor dry if you let is sit for 3 or more weeks at a time. There is also a screw on the bottom of each carburetor to drain the bowls if you prefer to do that as oppose to running it dry. The Owner's Manual recommends draining the bowls by the screw.

As a preventive measure, it is also recommend to run some type of fuel stabilizer. I run 1 oz of Sea Foam per gallon of gas. Sea Foam supposedly keeps the carburetor clean as well as removing carbon deposits. There are others like Stabil. But I have used Sea Foam on some older 2 stroke motors I have been extremely impressed by the results.
