I have a 200hp mariner v6. The problem I am having is restarting the engine after it stalls also it wont idel. If you old it at 3000 rpm you can see the tach fluctuate and you can hear a miss. After the engine stalls it wont start again for a least 20min. Any idea as to what the problem is. I have clean gas in the tank ang what seems to be areasonable spark..!!!
