1997 fuel injected ford cobra runs rough- The boat was not running replaced the distributor, checked the compression the motors had been freshen they were fine seems to only run on half the cylinders the spark is good and hot. When I pull one of the running plug wires in put back on it seems to run a bit better for a moment. It there a sensor or something that will make it run rough it has failed. Please help I have worked many hours and just don’t know what to thnaks
