its illegal to have a perscription not in your name, to take perscription drugs not perscribed to you or to have perscription drugs not in the perscribed container. its a federal law.
if your crossing borders you need to have the correct information on the pills in your possesion.
he broke the law.
its that simple.
by now I am sure he knows the laws concerning perscription drugs.
its a good thing he was entering the US and not some other countries like Thiland or singapore.
they toss ya in jail for stunts like that.
while I dont see the need for jail time its rather funny that the wind bag got popped again breaking federal drug laws.

Guess I am way out of the loop here, what is Air America. I do actually watch world news on some channels outside the USA in Spanish though. Some Sunday Morning Church services would be good for some of us to listen to.

Rush popularity on the radio doesn't do anything positive for the citizen of this country but his bank account. If anything his "scared straight" tactic is a source of division fueling the unprepared mind. Wrestling also has a huge fan following but we are know it's fake. I guess if you don't read too well, anything is believable.

Anyone can point out a problem but it takes an intelligent person to find a solution. Fueling the fire is what he does best and it all adds up in his wallet. I hope all you listeners feel better. SUCKERS ! 8)

Oh and BTW Rush loves to rub in the fact that his show does earn him money and has become a big business. Rush also give alot of money to a leukemia foundation he started awhile back. Whats wrong with making money. I like to make money....do YOU make money?...shame on YOU ya lousey liberal!...there....
