the lake I frequent has a lot of sailboats and for the most part with very few exceptions are very good about the rules as I believe am I. When they are under sail you as a motor boat must give the right of way. However, last weekend there were two or three that really got to me. The rules change when they are under motor power, but these guys did not think so. Two when coming out of the harbor failed to give way at all. Just took up the entire middle of the narrow channel. The third was out on the water when he cut in front of me while I was pulling a tuber. Real smart.
