salt water

I ran my boat for the first time in salt water last week for a total of about 13 hrs run time. But it did sit n the water for 7 days. I came home cleaned interior, rinsed and cleaned exterior. And ran it for about 1/2 at idle on the muffs. Is there anything else I should do to it to make sure I have it flushed properly.
