Same problem

I replaced the pump and it is still doing the same thing. The motor will idle o.k. for a few seconds and the engine rebs up. Is it getting to much fuel could it be fuel injection problems? I took the plugs out and they are wet. Somebody help me. (1999 200 Evinrude Ficht)

Devins - You probably didn't realize when you posted this that the other post you were referring to might move. When a new post is added or updated it moves to the top - - so it is hard for anyone to respond to your post now.
