I used the search button and found a lot of useful tips on how to restore teak wood. The only piece of info. that was left out was. What grade sandpaper to use???

Depends on if it's inside or out and how bad it is. If it is real bad, start with 80 grit. If it is decent, start with 120 or 150 grit. People differ on what ending grit to use before finishing . Some people say 220 grit is fine, and some go up to 400 grit. Personally I like to go up to 400 grit to give it an almost burnished effect, but I get my sandpaper free and all it costs me is time.
