Anyone use on of these. MERCRUISER QUICKSILVER OEM PART # 8M0046124 CDS G3 Diagnostic Kit

I have twin 2003 Merc 8.1 S Horizons with v drives. and wonder if this would be good to have on hand as I can get cheap.

You have to have a dealer# the register it. If the dealer# it was bought under is still in use then it's worthless.

Don't know how cheap your getting it ( E-Bay is $249.00) but i would go with a MerCruiser / TechMate Scan Tool from Rinda.

I found this kit on ebay, it's new in the box. YOU have to have a dealer# in order to use it. I would go with the Rinda.If you feel so compelled to buy it go head.
