Sceaming Trim Pump

Any ideas on this?

I have a 2005 4.3 MPI with an Alpha One Gen II (Model 5121300TS /1998). Trim is working fine in both directions but with a screaming noise (only) triming up. I have changed the oil in the reservoir. No indication for water intrusion. Filled up with new Mercruiser Trim Oil and operated trim a few times for bleeding. Trim pump still screaming when triming up!?

If the sound is like what a normal pump would sound like when the drive is full up and you are pressurizing it, then your up pressure relief valve in the pump is likely going bad and popping at too low a pressure.
