We are not talking about a bunch of different companys bartering srervices

The mortgage company and the the home inspection and the real estate company and the appraisal company are supposed to be indepent of each other and have a fiduciary responsibility to do so


If they have a list of people to refer it should be to protect there interest as well as the home buyer

I have allready seen them work together to raise the value of homes beyond what they should be

Your idea is a pretty good one Dunaruna, considering this is between and employee and a small owner operator.
After thinking this over, I'm not to sure of Jeffs "smartness", especially charging $50 extra for the 'randon' bit too. Seems Jeff wants it all one way.

Radon is a cancer-causing, radioactive gas. You can't see radon. And you can't smell it or taste it. But it may be a problem in your home.
