Sea Dek Install

If any one is interested or looking for a material to lay down on their swim platform I just layed some Sea Dek today and it is awesome. Super adhesive and really fit the platform well.

Looks great!! I'd like to do this..just a few questions please? Did you create the template yourself? I didn't see my boat model listed in the templates they had listed. Also, how soft is the foam? I have two dogs and I'm worried that their nails might shred the foam, although I do keep their nails trimmed short.

If your boat is not listed then you need to contact them and they can send you a template kit. It looks pretty easy to make the template although I did not go through this step. I am not sure about dog paws, I think it would be OK but I have not used it enough yet to say how durable it is. It is a pretty dense foam but the actual surface is almost rubbery, Maybe they can send you a sample.
