I Picked up some Sea Foam Deep Creep from NAPA. Planning on using it as a de-carbon agent. Also, perhaps as marine starting fluid . . . On the label, it says:
Carbon Cleaner
Air Intake Cleaner
Penetrant & Lubricant
Engine Fogging oil
Starting Spray W/Lube
Air Tool Oil & Cleaner
Door Lock Deicer & Lube
Gun Cleaner & Oil
Moisture Disperser

So this magic product's supposed to do everything, Darn near!

I must assume, then, that it contains some light oil, and also a highly combustible agent in order for it to be adequate as an outboard engine starting fluid?
I can also use it as a fogger?

I would like to hear about other's experiences with this product, if you please.

I used it when I had clogged high speed carb jets.
I mixed a heavy ratio of it in a 5 gal can w/2 cycle mix, let the fuel line drink out of that can, and within 15 minutes of running under load the engine RPM's came back up.
