Just aquired a Sea King 3 Model # GG9000A Ser # 65X637717. Where to get a manual and what year & manufacturer is this motor? Thank you.

Your motor is a 56 built by the Gale devision of OMC.
It is a single cylinder model specific to Gale production not shareing much if anything with OMC produced motors.It will share parts with other private brands using
the same motor.I have an older after market service manual that covers many brands including the Sea king/Gale 3 hp.Check ebay and be sure to ask if it is covered before bidding.I believe that Gale model ran from 51 to 63.Beginning as a 3D10 and ending as a 3D19. Your Gale number is 3D13.
Fuel mix is 24:1 use TCW3 rated oil.Points set at .020.Plug Champion J4C set at .030.lower unit uses outboard gear grease.Not sure what modern equivlent will work. You may find more help at The Antique Outboard Motor Club site aomci.org.
