Sea king 40's? model

I have Sea King 368(04EA-8814A). The steering handle is very sloppy on the shaft and will not steer the motor. I also think the head gasket needs to be changed. Any help on this? Thanks

It is a 3hp, 1940, made by Evinrude. It is an Evinrude model 368, made for Wards. Good luck finding parts.
