Have a Sea King (Montgomery Ward) 5 hp. I think it is a 1967. Current spark plug is a Chapion J4C. Have seen other recommendations of a J12C or RJ12C. Any one know what the correct one is?
I have a 7 Sea King that I just replaced the spark plug in. Went to Wally world and they had an exact match. Seems to spark well enough. Although the motor isn't running yet.
based on the numbers this cross referenced over to a 1973 and it shows a j13y which i think goes to a rj14yc since the j13y is discontinued.gap is at .030 in
