Sea King

I recently purchased a Montgomery Wards Sea King. The motor needs work but I don't have any info other than the model number(VWB27220). Can anyone help me out with who actually made the motor and the year it was made. Thanks!

Need some more info.<br />What is the horse power? <br />Is it water cooled or air cooled?

It is a 20 hp and water cooled.
