However. There is an issue pulling transom "plate" for lack of a better trees.if you look closely. There are more wood screws inside Gunwale on each side under the top if SW. So. The whole SW needs removed in order to reach additional hidden screw. Said screws hold a rail for rivets in first two pictures.

Looks like a support bracket. if I couldn't get to the screws from underneath to remove them then I would just use my saws all with a metal cutting blade to hack through the screws that is if there's room to get the blade in between the 2.

And. How the heck do you replace solid rivets when you can't reach other side with Bucking bar? I know boats are assembled
in a certain order and takes two people to do the riveting. But what do you replace them with?

Eureka!! Access to all SS bolts and Nuts. Side panels of SW needed removed on Port and Starbord aft.

Ready for Motor!!! Was not really that difficult. Just time intensive. All Boat shops refused to do it. It would have been more Labor cost than boat is worth. Was a fun project after I got all of fear and worry out of the way. Thanks for all the advice and Help!!!! I am no a transom aficionado!!

Need new Decals pit on, and I rebuilt water pump while Lower unit removed. Painted SW and motor with Synthetic Acrylic Enamel
