Sea nymph think I can go tubing in it?

Looking into a 17 sea nymph bass boat tournament , has a 30hp evenrude, owner now says it will get up to 30mph, but gauge does not work. I'm buying it mostly to do some fishing but do you think I could go tubing with it. I seen plenty of people ask about a bass boat tubing but they had big motors on it. Thanks in advance.

It'll pull at tube with one person on it okay. It won't the most exciting ride ever, but it'll do for some occasional fun.
