From experience I can tell you that with a boat that age you're going to have to have one custom made. Ask around at local marinas, they'll probobly know a good upholstery person that has some experience with boat covers. Having the old, worn-out cover to be used as a pattern lowered my cost a good amount, but it still wasn't cheap.
And expect it to be nearly impossible to snap on for awhile when it's new. The canvas will stretch over time so they need to make it a little "too tight" to start with otherwise it will be saggy once it's a year or two old.
