sea water pump issue

OK guys, I have a 1990 250 Sundancer that has a sea water pump issue. I know the pump itself works because i ran a jumper cable from the battery directly to the pump itself and it works. My question is does anyone know where I might find a fusible link or something like that, I've looked under the dash and really cant seem to find one?

Are you referring to the bilge pump rather than the sea water pump?

No, I guess its called the wash down pump. Its used to wash gunk off of the deck..
